We primarily serve Dacula, Georgia, and the North Georgia area. If you have a listing outside this region, contact us to discuss availability and potential travel fees.

You can easily book a shoot by selecting the “Schedule a shoot” button on any of our pages. That will take you to the services, pricing, and online calendar. We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Our standard package includes 25-30 high-resolution HDR images, fully edited and delivered within 24 hours.

Absolutely! Our FAA-certified drone pilots capture stunning aerial images and videos to showcase your property from a unique perspective. Weather conditions and airspace restrictions may apply.

We deliver photos within 24 hours and videos within 48 hours. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

You’ll receive a secure download link via email, providing access to high-resolution images and video files.

For the best results, ensure the home is clean, clutter-free, and well-lit. We recommend turning on all lights, opening blinds, ceiling fans off, and removing personal items. We provide a pre-shoot checklist to help sellers get their property ready. See our “Getting ready for your shoot” checklist here to help make things easier on the day of the photoshoot.

We do not provide physical staging but can recommend virtual staging services to enhance vacant property listings.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. Payment and Refund for Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order for which you have paid in advance, the following policy applies:

• 48-Hour Notice for Refund: If you provide notice of cancellation 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus a 5% processing fee.

• The 5% deduction covers the non-refundable credit card and payment processing costs incurred at the time of your original purchase.

2. Postponement and Rescheduling

We understand the real estate market requires flexibility. You are permitted to postpone (reschedule) your photoshoot under the following conditions:

• 24-Hour Notice for Reschedule: You may request to postpone your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time at no charge.

• No-Show/Less than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or postponements requested with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation and fall under the "Client-Driven Service Cancellation" policy outlined below.

3. Client-Driven Service Cancellation (In-House Credit)

In the event that the end-client (the homeowner, seller, or listing) cancels or no longer requires the media services, the following credit policy applies:

• You will receive a full in-house credit for the amount paid.

• This credit can be applied toward a new order for any other listing or service.

• The credit must be used within 90 calendar days from the date of the original cancellation.

If outdoor shots (such as drone photography) are affected by weather, we will reschedule or offer alternatives.
