Our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. Payment and Refund for Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order for which you have paid in advance, the following policy applies:

  • 48-Hour Notice for Refund: If you provide notice of cancellation 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus a 5% processing fee.

  • The 5% deduction covers the non-refundable credit card and payment processing costs incurred at the time of your original purchase.

2. Postponement and Rescheduling

We understand the real estate market requires flexibility. You are permitted to postpone (reschedule) your photoshoot under the following conditions:

  • 24-Hour Notice for Reschedule: You may request to postpone your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time at no charge.

  • No-Show/Less than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or postponements requested with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation and fall under the "Client-Driven Service Cancellation" policy outlined below.

3. Client-Driven Service Cancellation (In-House Credit)

In the event that the end-client (the homeowner, seller, or listing) cancels or no longer requires the media services, the following credit policy applies:

  • You will receive a full in-house credit for the amount paid.

  • This credit can be applied toward a new order for any other listing or service.

  • The credit must be used within 90 calendar days from the date of the original cancellation.
